The mas is situated at 600 meters from the village of Eygalières. The access to the mas is through a private 100-meter-long lane, bordered with olive trees, pine trees, almond trees and cypresses: the scenery is now set up. At the other end of the lane the gate stands imposingly in the middle of pine trees, surrounded with Holm oaks. The gate is equipped with an inter phone, video, and cameras announce your arrival. The Alpilles? There you are. The scrub land is all around you, its sweet smells overcome you; they run over the hill, between the rocks and the folds in the ground surrounding the mas with thyme, rosemary, brooms and clusters of mauve cysts flowers. In strong doses of Provence atmosphere, the mas stands in this setting where the sun imposes its rules to a nature devoted to its star. On a 12,000 m2 of land planted with trees, cypresses, olive trees and Holm oaks, you are in the nature park of the Alpilles, a place of serenity. This property is situated with a dominating view of the village, the Mount Ventoux and the plain between the Durance and the Rhône are the ideal spot to discover this place full of history, to look vaguely at the fields of olive trees and into this everlastingly blue sky. The swimming pool (depth 14 x 7m., depth 1,20m to 2,10m) with an electric cover and surrounded by big terraces, dominates all its surroundings. The furniture is in Teak and there's a small pool house with toilets and shower nearby. A romantic gypsy caravan for a nap can be opened on request. 10 bikes for adults are at your disposal. Kitchen garden kept by the gardener all during the year for the guest. The house can accommodate 12 persons with optimum comfort, 10 adults and 2x 2 children, whatever the season. Central heating, several big fireplaces, air-conditioning, satellite television, multiple television lines, fax terminal, high-speed Internet ADSL and Wi-Fi, alarm, camera-fitted gate. The Provencal dining room-kitchen is spacious, fully equipped for maximum comfort, well-stocked big dresser, table for meals for 12 to 14 persons, big fireplace and two terraces for meals outdoors with tables that can seat 24 people. Gas BBQ. The kitchen: Lacanche gas cooker, American-style fridge, dishwasher, microwave, basic household appliances, complete kitchen accessories, a great deal of crockery and place settings, enough even for receptions of more than 50 persons. Television, Hi-Fi system and Wi-Fi. Wine cellar. The sitting room: In the center of the house, terraces on the south and north sides, a view across, of the village on one side and of the Alpilles on the other side. Important indoor height under the roof frame, stone-built walls, monumental fireplace. Library, hi-fi system, flat-screen television 110 cm, settees and armchairs. A very well-decorated ensemble, center light, paintings, curtains and furniture made in Provence. In the basement, an air-conditioned sitting room of 40 m2, equipped with a cinema room, or night-club, possibly being converted into a meeting room, video conference, can accommodate + than 20 persons. Big fully equipped cinema room of 40 m2, a 240-centimeter screen; this equipment can be used to create a night-club atmosphere with dance floor. This room has furniture so as to be possibly converted into a meeting room which can accommodate more than twenty persons. A mechanical ventilation and renewed air, air-conditioning, under floor heating give all modern comforts to this room whatever the selected activity and the season. The house: 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets for each one; the bedrooms are separate, divided over the 2 levels in the main house and the two small stone cottages surrounding it. Both small cottages are separate and, in addition to the garden-level bedroom opening out onto small shaded terraces, each has a fitted-out mezzanine floor with 2 single beds in 90/200. Telephone in all rooms, satellite television and fireplace in bedroom 2.
