This unforgettable villa is located in Uzes and is equipped with a tennis court, two swimming pools, a volleyball court, fitness house with a climbing wall, showers and a sauna. The area is ideal for enjoyment of nature and wine. One can enjoy rafting and body rafting, mountain climbing, cave exploration and hunting, as well as explore the many vineyards in the nearby area. The house contains 6 bedrooms (three with mezzanines) which each contain a flat screen TV with French and international channels. There are separate stereo systems in the kitchen, library, the main living room and in the fitness room. There is intercom in the house, with centrals in the master bedroom, the kitchen, library, summer kitchen, pool house and the apartment. This is connected with the entrance gate. The villa has Internet (512k, WIFI) inside and outside the house. The house is equipped with a laptop computer, Philips telefax / telephone /copy and a Cannon printer/scanner. There is a separate cottage with a queen size bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet. + an independent apartment with living room (comfortable double sofa bed) TV with DVD player, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (1 with a large single bed, 2 with twin beds) which share a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators as well as a separate house with a fully equipped summer kitchen. The summer kitchen also has a large lounge and fire place overlooking the pool area. All the floors on the first floor are heated as well as all the bathrooms and the pools. There is a total of 3 fireplaces. For entertainment there are ATM mountain bikes and tennis equipment for the court. The walls are 80 - 100 cm thick and 30cm insulation in the ceilings. There are extraction fans in all the bathrooms, laundry room, toilets, dressing room and the kitchen. The remaining rooms are equipped with natural ventilation.
