This comfortable high quality villa in natural stone, for 6 persons, has a living surface of 180 m2. on a fenced landscaped garden of 5000 meters squared, planted with olive trees, cherry trees and lavender field. Automatic watering for the garden, two terraces, one of 50 m2. and one covered terrace of 40 m2 next to the kitchen, equipped with large dining table, parasols, and 6 deck chairs. Swimming pool Private pool (10m x 5m x 1.3-1.7m deep with automatic rolling cover, the pool can be heated). BBQ. Covered parking for one car, parking on the plot. The villa had a large living room (50 m2) with a fire place, TV with digital satellite receiver, CD player, an entrance hall leads to filled with light sitting and dining areas, then on the right side there is the independent kitchen with local stone worktop beautifully decorated and fully equipped, with a Lacanche stove, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen opens to the terrace with an overlooking view of the Luberon south. Next to the kitchen is the laundry equipped w. machine dryer, iron table, iron, freezer, and toilets. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and one with standard double bed, 2 bathrooms (one bathtub with shower, one bathroom with shower), and 2 independent toilets. Detail: one of the 3 bedrooms has en suite (bathroom and independent toilet) the 2 other bedrooms are sharing a shower room and an independent toilet.

Getting There Guests generally arrive in Paris at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and transfer to the high speed TGV train headed for Avignon (approx. 2h40m). Once in Avignon, a rental car is suggested to drive to the villa.
Other options include flying into Marseille (MRS) or Nice (NCE) and then renting a car.
There is also a small airport in Avignon that has some flights from London and can also accommodate private jets Location
