The furniture is a combination of comfortable chairs and unusual French Arts and Crafts pieces. • Large kitchen equipped with Lacanche cooker (4 gas burners, 2 ovens) dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, Expresso maker, juice maker, coffee machine, fire place for grill, at the back a fully equipped office with wine cupboard, Us fridge, a lot of blender and kitchen aids.. • Light dining room with cupboard to hold the owner's collection of glazed Moroccan terracotta as well linen and other essentials of great quality. • At the back of this space, an independent studio with one double bedroom (toile de Jouy) with 2 adjoined beds (90cmx2), closets, en-suite living room, kitchen equipped with small Lacanche cooker, fridge, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, basin and toilets. Access to the northern terrace. • Laundry with dryer and washing machine, ironing equipment. From the hallway, on the left: • A nice and cozy studio library with desk, fireplace, many English books, Internet access, Fax. All the upstairs floors are made from reclaimed oak. The 3 double bedrooms are simple and comfortable all with en-suite bathrooms, A/C, many built in cupboards. 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, one with twin beds (1mx2m). 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 with a reclaimed water trough carved from a single block of acacia wood. Pets not allowed. The house is not suitable for party with children. Very efficient maid service included 3h per day: she can prepare the breakfasts ad can do a simple cooking on request. For more hours: 15 euros per hour. VERY HELPFUL
