Located on a 250-hectare working wine estate in the heart of the nature of Var, lays Chateau Varois. This authentic Provencal chateau boasts 7 bedrooms plus a nursery room, a guesthouse available upon request, and a cozy bergerie for staff or nannies.

The main house is entirely air conditioned and offers exceptionally high standards of living, with Jerusalem stone flooring on the ground floor and oak parquet on the second and third levels. On the ground floor, the common areas comprise a large salon with sofas and a stone fireplace, an office and a TV room. The large dining room with fireplace seats up to twenty guests and the fully equipped kitchen, with a La Cornue stove, opens onto a terrace with BBQ and a wrought iron table. A second lounge and games room is available on the west corner.

This main house is suitable for wheelchair users and its equipped with an elevator to reach the upper floors.
