This beautiful 19th century mansion, tastefully refurbished in its entirety, pairs modern comfort with traditional style and refinement. Its numerous spaces and reception rooms offer around 900 square meters of living area on three levels.

Located just a few kilometers away from St. Remy and Avignon, Fleurs de Provence is a true find in the region, offering the luxury and comfort of a prestigious home in an idyllic country setting. The large private estate is surrounded by apple and pear trees, lavender, fountains, streams, and a trout river.

The villa is superb for relaxation and special occasions as it boasts large outdoor terraces. both around the pool and surrounding the front and inner courtyard of the house and overlooking the landscaped grounds.

You will find Provencal decoration at its most refined, displaying elements seen in a Cote Sud Magazine. Ancient beams alongside original wrought iron fittings, stonewalls, antiques, a large stone chimney and sumptuous linens. The bedrooms offer the luxury of a grand hotel while the communal living areas; kitchen, pool and outdoor dining and relaxation areas comfortably draw guests in, making them feel at home. All 9 bedrooms are superbly appointed and elegantly decorated in Provencal tones and fabrics. All rooms have en-suite full bathrooms (with either showers or bath/showers). All rooms are appointed with the finest linens from Paris. In addition, each room is bright and airy and has interconnecting telephone lines.

The master bedroom is a true suite and a perfect retreat. The three rooms of the master suite are comprised of a large air-conditioned master bedroom with beautiful garden views. Next door is a spectacular master bathroom with a soaking tub, double showers and double sinks. Finally, you'll find a large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and folding space as well as room for luggage.

Two of the nine bedrooms are situated on the third floor alone and are perfect for guests who want more privacy from the rest of the house. Equal in size and quality, these bedrooms offer additional independence, space and privacy while still connected from the main house and pool.

There is a separate conservatory bedroom suite on the ground, again with a full en-suite bathroom; this room also boasts its own conservatory and private access to and from the gardens.
