Located in a small valley within walking distance to Bonnieux, this beautiful Provencal house provides breathtaking views of the Luberon Valley. Peace, quiet and charm are the defining elements of this 4,000 square foot home situated on five acres of private land.

Several indoor spaces, including a salon with fireplace, a games and TV room as well as a dining room, offer many options to congregate. The fully equipped kitchen will make entertaining a pleasant experience, and the vaulted cellar is at hand for select local wines. The kitchen opens onto two terraces, one large with a fountain and its plane tree, and both with large iron tables for al fresco dining.

Down a few steps from the house is the expansive heated pool, together with 12 wrought iron loungers, a large parasol and a shower. A summer kitchen with grill, stove fridge and dishwasher is situated right next to the pool and lounging area. Among the landscaped gardens, guests will find a boules court for a game or three.

It should be noted that while the terraced property ensures an uninterrupted panorama, the steps make it unsuitable for groups with young children.
